  • 1. I think I suffer from thigh chafing, but I’m not sure, what is it?

Simply put, thigh chafing is the effect of your thighs rubbing together. The irritation on the skin can
be uncomfortable and cause anyone discomfort. Thigh chafing does not discriminate, it effects women of all shapes and sizes, so know this ladies, you’re not alone!

  • 2. Do I need to wear underwear under my Bridgets, or can I just wear my Bridgets?

This is completely your preference, however, it is not necessary due to the fabrication of your Bridgets, they can serve to be your underwear.

  • 3. Is Bridget’s Shapewear?

No! The fabric is designed with the intention to create a barrier between the skin on your thighs and
wick away sweat. It is not designed with the intention to ‘suck it in’ in the way shapewear does. That
being said, your Bridgets will give you a smooth overall finish just like shapewear does.

  • 4. Other than stopping thigh chafing, what else can I expect my Bridgets to do for me?

You can expect your Bridgets to become your go to undergarment of choice, no matter what
clothing you opt for; whether it’s a dress, a skirt, trousers, track pants. Whilst wearing your Bridgets
you’ll no doubt feel a sense of freedom and you’ll be sweat free.

  • 5. How does the fabric wick away sweat?

The unique fabrication technology is cooling in summer and warming in winter so you can wear your Bridgets all year round. The fabric that is used throughout the Bridgets and multi-panelling in the areas we need it most ensures a cleaner, dryer, more comfortable feeling and fit.

  • 6. How should I best care for my Bridgets?

When washing, use cold water in the washing machine, or hand wash if that’s your preference (but really, who has the time?). If you want to tumble dry please do so on low heat, or line or air dry.

  • 7. How can I disguise the fact that I’m wearing Bridgets?

Sure you can! The length of the pant is adjustable so you can fold it up or hike it up a little higher if
you’re wearing a short skirt or dress. One of the best things about Bridgets is that it hides your VPL
so no one will know you’re wearing them!

  • 8. How can I get the best possible fit?

Simply follow the size chart to check which size fits you best.

  • 9. Do I need to contort my body to fit into my Bridgets?
