How do I go about requesting a return, exchange or refund?

If your Bridgets are faulty and you require a refund or an exchange, please send an emial info@bridgets.com.au no later than 7 days after the date of delivery. Our customer service department will email you the intent to return form. When approved, the item/s must then be forwarded to Bridgets by registered mail with the necessary form completed and enclosed.

What happens if my Bridgets are faulty?

How long will it take to get a refund?

Once your refund has been approved and you have received your number to complete your returns label, simply send the item back to us with your returns form enclosed. We have teamed up with Australia Post to enable you to track your return using the Australia Post article ID on your return label.
